When you sign up for one of our home maintenance plans, your service starts with a thoughtful, hands-on onboarding visit. This isn't a quick walk-through — it's our chance to truly get to know your home, and for you to see how we operate with care and precision from day one.
Here’s what to expect:
Step 1: Personal Walk-Through
We schedule a convenient time for your Initial Visit — typically within the first week. During this visit, Jason will walk through your home (inside and out), take note of key systems, and discuss any recurring issues, concerns, or special preferences.
Don’t want to be home? No problem — we’re happy to coordinate a remote or solo visit.
Step 2: Home Profile Setup
We document essential info about your property:
Filter and bulb sizes
Access points, security codes, gate instructions
Appliance and HVAC models
Water shutoff, breaker box, irrigation timers
Any unique quirks or past problems
This forms your custom TACT Home File — a private reference we maintain to deliver consistent, detail-driven care.
Step 3: Care Plan Kickoff
After the visit, we’ll send you a personalized Home Maintenance Summary, which includes:
Notes from our walkthrough
Scheduled services for the next 90 days
Any minor issues flagged
Estimated repair items (if needed)
Contact preferences and service windows
You’ll always know what we’re doing, when, and why — with no surprises.
Step 4: We Handle the Rest
Once onboarding is complete, your home joins our regular monthly service rotation. From that point forward, we handle the checklists, the coordination, and the little things that keep your home running like it should.

Step 1: Monthly Walkthrough & Systems Check
Each month, Jason personally performs a detailed walkthrough of your property — both inside and out. We check:
HVAC filters, vents, thermostats
Electrical panels, outlets, lights
Plumbing fixtures and exposed pipes
Appliances, doors, windows, safety equipment
Irrigation systems and exterior surfaces
We’re looking for anything that’s wearing down, leaking, loosening, or simply not working the way it should.
Step 2: Minor Repairs & Preventative Care
Your plan includes time each month for light repairs and maintenance tasks — the kinds of things that add up quickly if ignored.
This might include:
Replacing filters or light bulbs
Tightening hardware or hinges
Adjusting doors or drawer tracks
Sealing a minor leak or repairing trim
Cleaning vents, fans, or grates
If a larger repair or licensed specialist is needed, we’ll handle the coordination for you.

After each visit, you’ll get a brief, friendly update by text or email. It includes:
