This website is operated by TACT US LLC ("TACT," "we," "us"). We provide exterior cleaning services, including house washing, window cleaning, roof washing and soft washing, in Orange County, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (tactcleans.com), our social media accounts, text messages, email and in-person visits, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a service or message us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your property and the service you want, photos you send us, and payment and billing information.

Messages through social media. When you message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger, we receive the content of your messages, your username or profile name, and any photos or attachments you send. Meta provides this information to us under its own terms and privacy policy.

Information we collect on site. During a walkthrough or service visit, we may take photos or video of the exterior of your property to prepare quotes, document our work and confirm results.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our ads, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and referring links, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which help us measure which ads lead to inquiries.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule and perform services

  • To communicate with you by phone, text message, email and social media messages about your quote, appointment, service and follow-up

  • To process payments and keep business records

  • To request reviews and feedback

  • To improve our services, website and advertising, including measuring ad performance

  • To comply with law and protect our rights, customers and crew

Automated message handling. We use software, including artificial intelligence tools, to read, sort and summarize messages we receive on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, text and email. This helps us identify service requests and respond quickly. A member of our team reviews leads and quotes. We do not use this software to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as customer relationship management, scheduling, invoicing and payment processing, website hosting, messaging, artificial intelligence and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

  • Advertising platforms, such as Meta, to measure and improve our ads.

  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.

  • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized.

Text messaging. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide services, keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

  • Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link.

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

  • Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing jason@tactcleans.com.

Data deletion

To delete the information we hold about you, including Instagram and Facebook messages, email jason@tactcleans.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and your Instagram or Facebook username. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
