Less salt, more sprinklers
Big Canyon gets less direct salt spray than the bluffs. The bigger issues are irrigation overspray spotting glass and walls, dust from fairway mowing and landscaping, and mildew in shaded courtyards. Window cleaning with hard-water spot treatment and an annual soft wash cover most of it.
Motor courts and stone
Long drives, motor courts and stone entries get tire marks, leaf staining and algae in shady spots. Pressure washing brings them back, with a gentler approach for natural stone.
