Mixed materials, one visit
A typical Newport Coast home combines smooth or textured stucco, natural or manufactured stone, cast-stone trim and columns, wrought iron and a tile roof. Each reacts differently to water, pressure and cleaning solution. We walk the exterior first, choose the method for each surface and wash top-down, so clean walls stay clean.
Dust and salt on the ridge
Hillside homes catch salt from the onshore breeze on the ocean side and dust from the canyons on the other. Light-colored stucco shows both as a gray cast that slowly dulls the house. An annual soft wash brings back the original color.
HOA standards and gates
Most Newport Coast communities have appearance standards and vendor rules. We work within them. Add TACT to the guest list for the visit, and let us know about any HOA timing requirements.
