Scale is the first challenge
A Newport Coast estate can have dozens of oversized panes, clerestory windows above two-story entries, and glass on every side of a courtyard. We scope it during the estimate, bring equipment for the heights involved and plan the visit so the crew moves through the property in order rather than chasing ladders around it.
Wind on the ridge
Homes up on the hillside catch the onshore breeze, which carries salt to the ocean-facing glass. Dry canyon winds blow dust onto the other side. The result is glass that looks hazy from inside, even when it looks fine from the driveway. A pure-water rinse leaves it clear, without the spots a hose would leave.
Gated communities, handled
Pelican Hill, Pelican Crest, Pelican Point and Crystal Cove are guard-gated, and most Newport Coast communities have vendor hours and HOA rules. Add TACT to your guest list for the service date and we’ll follow your community’s rules.

Our Full-Glass plan is built for glass-heavy and estate properties. It’s a complete window program with exterior surfaces on rotation and a dedicated crew who learn the house.
