Many Newport Coast homes combine stucco, stone veneer, cast-stone details and tile roofs with walls of glass facing the ocean. That mix needs a soft wash for the walls, the right approach for natural stone and pure water for the glass. From three-story facades to 16-foot glass, we have the team, tools and technique to handle it.
Hillside wind and dust
Up on the ridges, onshore breezes carry salt, and dry canyon winds carry dust. The glass and patios on the windward side usually need the most attention. We plan visits around it, and many owners keep the glass on a recurring plan.
Gates and HOAs
Most Newport Coast communities are guard-gated or have HOA appearance standards. Add us to your gate list for the visit date and tell us about any community rules. We’ll work within them.
