Hillside view glass
In Top of the World, Bluebird Canyon and up the hills of North and South Laguna, homes are oriented toward the view, often with large picture windows and sliders that open onto decks. That glass faces the onshore breeze and takes the salt. It’s the first thing owners notice when it hazes over.
Canyon shade and marine layer
In Laguna Canyon and the shaded canyon streets, glass stays damp longer in the morning. Moisture and dust dry into a film, and screens collect pollen and cobwebs. We clean screens, tracks and sills as well as the glass, then finish with a pure-water rinse that won’t spot.
Stairs, slopes and parking
Many Laguna homes have stairs instead of side yards and street parking that vanishes on summer weekends. We plan where to stage and how to reach each elevation before we arrive, so access doesn’t slow the visit down.
Gated oceanfront
For Emerald Bay, Three Arch Bay and Irvine Cove, add TACT to the gate list and we’ll follow the community’s vendor rules. Homes right on the water usually do best with monthly window service.
