Steep lots and narrow streets
A lot of Laguna is built into hillsides, with stairs instead of side yards and street parking that disappears in summer. We plan access, equipment and timing around each site, so we’re in, careful and out.
Older wood and newer glass
Laguna’s older cottages and Craftsman-style homes have painted wood and trim that need a gentle soft wash. Newer hillside homes have big ocean-view glass that hazes quickly. Canyon homes stay shaded and damp longer, which brings mildew.
