One city, very different exposures
A bayfront home on Linda Isle faces boats, gulls and harbor spray. A Peninsula home sits a block from the open ocean, and sand gets into every window track. Homes around the Back Bay and in the Port Streets are a little further from the surf but still get the morning marine layer, plus dust and sprinkler spots.
That’s why we don’t run one routine on every house. We look at which way the glass faces, how much shade the walls get and what the surfaces are made of, then plan the visit around that.
Services for Newport homes
Recurring window cleaning, an annual soft-wash house wash and pressure washing for drives, patios and pool decks cover most Newport homes. Bayfront homes often add dock-side glass and railings to the list. Ask when you book.
