Exterior cleaning in Spyglass Hill.

View glass first

Up on the hill, wind carries salt and dust onto the view side of the house. Owners often want that glass done more often than the rest of the home. A recurring plan that focuses on view glass, with full service on a longer cycle, often suits these homes.

Remodels and mixed materials

Many homes here have been remodeled over the years, so one house can have original stucco next to new stone and new aluminum-framed glass. We look at each surface before choosing the method.
