Bayfront siding and trim
Many harbor and island homes have painted wood siding, shingles and white trim. These finishes look best clean and are the easiest to damage with pressure. A soft wash removes salt, mildew and spider webs from siding, eaves and fascia without stripping paint or forcing water behind boards.
Peninsula sand and salt
A block from the ocean, wind-blown sand and salt coat walls, garage doors and entries, and settle into every ledge and light fixture. We rinse it all off top-down and leave entries and walkways clean.
Back Bay and inland neighborhoods
Around Dover Shores, Westcliff, Eastbluff and the Port Streets, mature trees mean shade, and shade near the coast means mildew. Sprinklers leave mineral marks on lower walls, too. We tell you up front which marks will lift and which are permanent staining.
